The shape of this house is just lovely and really captures the essence of a typica summer house, located in Balatonakarattya, Hungary. When you enter the house the air is filled with light, brightness, and fresh air. Everything that you need from a comfortable house is available in this house. The house was completed in 2010 and designed by Eva Fortyingler and Tamas Bulscu.
The indoor and the outdoor areas are equalized by the fine structure and a clear white color is fills the exterior. The area around the house is so calm and peaceful so the house is appropriate for relaxation. A semi atrium system that opens the indoor areas are facilitating the way to the outdoor. It transitions to the backyard seamlessly, keeping the interior spaces and the garden open. A path connecting the indoor and the outdoor is considered important for a summer house. Therefore house inhabitants won’t feel like being trapped in the house and can enjoy summer breezes coming in.
The architects came to a decision that a U shape shall be used in the structure. The volume of the house and the roof are made in accordance with the applicable rules, everything is in line with the building regulations. The area around the house is also influenced by the white finish in the exterior. The home décor is very simple and fresh, the effects are felt throughout the house. There are no significant difference between the interior and the exterior design because the result is homogenous and the structure is cohesive.
