The whole design idea is basically the principle of box-of-bricks which consist of units that are spatial. The existence of the hallway that determines the kind of layout with parallel and open passage decides the vertical position of the staircase. Between the floor slabs layers, there are packed ‘volumes’ with various sizes depends on the apartment units. You’ve got to have a wider mass volume by having a discussion with the building around you in order to have more fresh air and sunlight. To let the people stay connected, you have to create a modern open space, leaving the bricks out.
Because of the maisonettes on the top apartments, its body part swells up a couple of floor on the top of the entire work. The small-sized apartments provide you ventilation in lateral form; since their kind glazing and their south orientation, the flats rejoice enough sunlight. The transparent glass front wall on the ground storey is also utilized in the lower-level fitness center and in the rest of the streetscape as well. The style is basically designed with low-price substances plus perfect detail workmanship; the steel with galvanic style, window frames with from timber, molded glass chunks and concrete plates that cover the sandwich envelope.
